All of our snowmobile rentals for the upcoming winter will be 2022 & 2023, as well as 2024 G4 chassis Ski-Doos. The latest and greatest! We’re also excited to announce more rental units for this season including more upgraded 2-stroke models as well as longer track Renegade models.
All Rentals Include Wisconsin and Michigan Trail Permits!

Gear up right with us! New clothing and helmets are available for sale to rental customers at a 10% discount or current sale event, whichever is greater. This discount may only be used during the rental period. Being cold is no fun for you or your passenger!
Helmets For Rent
$15 per day with unit rental.
$35 per day for electric shield helmet and one cord with rental. Cords can be purchased separately
Additional Information
Laws & Regulations: It is your responsibility to know and familiarize yourself with the Wisconsin & Michigan snowmobile regulations (including age restrictions & safety certificate requirements). Before arriving for your rental period, please take the time to review the laws and regulations of both states so you can have a safe and lawful adventure. Superb & Simple Access to the trail system: We do not offer delivery of rentals at this time. You are not permitted to trailer our snowmobiles with open trailers (A $40 charge for washing will be assessed for snowmobile rentals returned with excessive road salt and dirt from trailering). We are conveniently located on the Frosty Club Trail 6 with direct access to the Vilas County trail system and the U.P. of Michigan.
Rentals are for 23 hours per day, 9:00am until 8:00am. Our rental system is pre-paid and rentals are expected back by 8:00am sharp the next day. Rental units returned late incur a $100 charge per hour. We enforce this fee out of courtesy to our next rental customer.
Reservations are encouraged but not always necessary. A cancellation can be made up to two weeks before the rental period and are eligible for a full refund, minus an administration fee of 10% of the deposit. Any cancellations made after two weeks will forfeit the reservation deposit completely. Any cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the rental will be charged the full days rental rate for their reserved days. Reservation deposits equal $50 per day, per sled at time of the reservation and are credited towards your total on the day of your rental. We encourage renters to make their individual reservations as opposed to reserving a "lot" for their group. If several units are reserved under one name, that customer will be responsible for payment and damage on all units (no splitting up of reservations the morning of rental pick-up).
Weekend reservations are a two-day minimum (Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday) but depending on availability, single day rentals may be accepted. Please call or stop in to inquire as to daily availability.
All of our snowmobiles go out with a full tank of gas and need to come back with a full tank. The 2-stroke models also will be full of injection oil and need to be returned full as well. We will extend a 10% discount on XPS oil to our rental customers during their rental period. A $75 fuel charge will be assessed per unit for returning low on either fuel or oil. There is a 24-hour gas station across the street from our dealership.
We reserve the right to cancel renting due to conditions or substitute units at any time without notification (usually due to unplanned fleet changes resulting from damaged units).
Anyone operating a rental must be over 21 with a valid credit card and state issued ID on file and have completed a signed rental contract as well as a unit safety check with a LOLREC employee. A credit card is required to complete your rental check-out. Debit cards, cash or checks will not be accepted for rental payments. NO exceptions.
Trail maps for multiple trail systems are available at the store. Donations for the local clubs are kindly requested.
